Information you provide

When you use the contact form, you may submit your name, email address, organization or Nation, role or area of interest, and a message. That information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to understand the context of the conversation you are requesting.

Messages are read and handled by the people who build and support the infrastructure. There is no automated marketing sequence attached to form submissions.

How messages are delivered

The contact form is processed through a third-party form delivery service (formsubmit.co) so that submissions reach our operational inbox. That service receives the fields you enter in order to deliver the message. We do not use the form to collect information beyond what is needed to reply.

Technical and service providers

This website uses standard hosting and delivery infrastructure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No advertising trackers or behavioural profiling tools are intentionally placed on these pages.

Like most websites, basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) may be recorded by the hosting environment for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to build marketing profiles.

Retention and access

Contact form submissions are retained as needed to manage the conversation and any follow-up work. If you want a message or related record removed, or if you have a question about information held in connection with a submission, contact us using the same channels available on this site.

Questions
