Section 1.0

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vector Asset Analytics platform (the "Fleet"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision of this agreement, you must disconnect from the Fleet immediately.

Section 2.0

No Financial Advice

CRITICAL: The utilities provided within the Fleet (e.g., Mortgage Calculator, Refinance Engine, Profit Command) are algorithmic tools designed for educational and simulation purposes only.

Vector Asset Analytics is a technology provider, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or bank. The deterministic outputs generated by our software are based entirely on user-provided inputs and mathematical constants. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions tailored to your specific situation.

Section 3.0

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Asset Analytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Fleet; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Fleet.

Section 4.0

Intellectual Property

The "Vector" brand, the "Sovereign Sigil" logo, and the underlying "Executive Glass" interface code are the exclusive property of Vector Asset Analytics. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Fleet for personal, non-commercial purposes.
