Acceptance of Architecture

By accessing or utilizing the Vector Asset Analytics infrastructure (the "Fleet"), you agree to be bound by these operational parameters. If you do not agree to every provision of this agreement, you must sever your connection immediately.

CRITICAL: The utilities provided within the Fleet are algorithmic tools designed for mathematical simulation and structural engineering purposes only.

Vector Asset Analytics is a technology architect, not a registered investment advisor or broker. The deterministic outputs generated by our software are based entirely on user-provided inputs and mathematical constants. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed entity for specific deployments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Asset Analytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from (i) your access to or inability to access the Fleet; (ii) execution of our algorithms in unverified environments.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

The "Vector" nomenclature, underlying algorithms, and visual matrices are the exclusive property of Vector Asset Analytics. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to interface with the frontend architecture for non-commercial purposes. Scraping or reverse-engineering the logic is expressly forbidden.
